1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Codalys Inc. website or engaging our services, you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Codalys Inc. provides web and mobile development, UX/UI design, artificial intelligence, automation, and digital strategy consulting services. The specific details of each project are defined in a service contract signed between the parties.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client acquires all rights to project deliverables (source code, designs, produced content). Codalys retains the right to present the project in its portfolio unless a contrary confidentiality clause applies.
4. Payment
Payment terms are defined in the quote and service contract. Any payment delay results in suspension of work. Deposits paid are non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client after work has begun.
5. Limitation of Liability
Codalys cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or opportunities arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable Canadian federal laws. Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of Quebec courts.
