Discovery
Discovery call, brief questionnaire, existing asset review. We define objectives, budget and timeline constraints, and the exact project scope together. Output: a detailed quote and a clear schedule.

Weeks 2–3
Design
Information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes, brand guidelines if needed. You sign off on every deliverable before we move to the next step. No code is written until the design is approved.

Weeks 4–8
Delivery
Iterative development with regular sync points. You have access to a staging environment to follow progress in real time. Testing, fixes, sign-off, then production launch. We train you on managing your tool before closing the project.

Ongoing
Evolution
Monthly maintenance plan, quick fixes, new features, performance optimization. We remain your technical partner — not just your launch vendor.
