Context
Rénovex Pro manages ten simultaneous residential and commercial renovation sites. With 35 field employees, coordination and site tracking had become chaotic.
The challenge
Site managers were still using paper binders and WhatsApp threads to coordinate teams. End-of-day reports took 45 minutes to fill. Communication errors were costing entire workdays.
Our solution
We built a cross-platform React Native app allowing site managers to submit photo reports in 5 minutes, track teams in real time, and automatically generate end-of-project documents.
